L’Aloo Palak è un delizioso e nutriente curry indiano di patate e spinaci.

Aloo (Patate) e Palak (Spinaci) sono verdure facili da reperire e a buon prezzo.
L’Aloo Palak è un piatto sano e veloce da preparare, ottimo se accompagnato con riso bianco o Naan fatte in casa (focaccine indiane).

Tempo di preparazione:

20 minuti

Tempo di cottura:

15 minuti

Porzioni:

4 persone

Ingredienti:

500 grammi di spinaci
2 patate
1 pomodoro
Salsa base Masala curry per due persone.

Preparazione

Lavare gli spinaci e tagliarli in pezzi.
Bollire le patate con la pelle, lasciarle leggermente freddare, poi spelarle e tagliarle in cubetti.
Bollire gli spinaci in acqua fino a renderli teneri. Lasciarli a scolare totalmente dall’acqua, poi frullarli in un mixer.

Prendere la salsa Masala curry e riscaldarla in una padella, aggiungete il pomodoro tagliato a pezzetti, poi le patate e gli spinaci frullati.
Servire caldo, ottimo accompagnato da pani indiani come naan o chapati.
